液压式大通径丢手封隔器的研制与应用

Abstract:  During the high water cut stage in Chengdao offshore oilfield, some problems appear such as prominent reservoir heterogeneity, sand produced easily, resulting in conventional separate layer sand control and water injection technology is not suitable both in high angle deviated wells and dirty wells, which leading the releasing packer working unmorally. In response to above problems, the hydraulic large-diameter releasing packer has been developed. The packer 's throw-away connector and throw-away coupling sleeve are designed separately to reduce the releasing pressure and improve the reliability of the tool. With ground hydraulic pressure controlling, the packer is suitable for high angle deviated wells and horizontal wells. After releasing, large diameter pass remained for later operation. Laboratory tests show that the tool is reliable and stable in performance. The simulation of the packer 's center tube and the setting piston shows that both parts can meet the design requirements. Field application proves that the packer substantially reducesthe construction cycle, and the packer works stable and reliable with excellent application performance.

摘要:  埕岛油田进入高含水开发后期,油藏非均质性突出、极易出砂,常规分层防砂分层注水工艺在实施过程中大斜度井和井筒存在异物,导致悬挂封隔器无法正常丢手。针对上述不足,研制了液压式大通径丢手封隔器,该封隔器的丢手连接体和丢手连接套分开设计,降低丢手压力,提升工具可靠性;地面液压打压,适应大斜度井和水平井;丢手后保留大通径,便于后期作业施工。室内试验表明,液压式大通径丢手封隔器丢手可靠、性能稳定;对封隔器的中心管和坐封活塞进行的仿真计算表明,二者均满足设计要求。液压式大通径丢手封隔器在现场应用中,大幅降低施工周期、工作稳定可靠,应用效果良好。
